The NMMA noted on a recent inspection that Bennington omitted the required Blower Warning Label. Bennington informed the NMMA that they would contact dealers with the boats missing the label. Bennington would supply instructions and new labels. According to their production records there were 30 units to 21 dealers (+ 1 demo) built in the date range provided. All dealers were notified by letter on 4/11/14. All labels were shipped via UPS on 4/15/14 with a copy of the notification letter enclosed. |
